 relating to public safety; amending eligibility requirements for certain grants for
sexual assault prevention; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 611A.212,
subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 611A.212, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
