relating to energy; appropriating money for a solar array at the National Sports
Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER SOLAR ARRAY; APPROPRIATION.

$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Amateur Sports Commission to install solar arrays. This appropriation may be used to
replace the roof and install solar arrays on an ice rink and a maintenance facility at the
National Sports Center in Blaine. This is a onetime appropriation.
