relating to civil legal services; appropriating money for civil legal services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES.

$27,582,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $41,937,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated
from the general fund to the supreme court to be distributed to legal services programs
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 480.242. The base for this appropriation shall be
$60,810,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $84,167,000 in fiscal year 2027.
