relating to natural resources; appropriating money for FireFrost Recreational Trail.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FIREFROST RECREATIONAL TRAIL.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the all-terrain vehicle account in the
natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Norman
County, in cooperation with the FireFrost ATV Club, to complete a preliminary structural
engineering study for installing one bridge over the Marsh River and one bridge over the
Wild Rice River on the FireFrost Recreational Trail. This appropriation is available until
June 30, 2026.
