A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; permitting the commissioner of transportation to
implement noise abatement measures in unincorporated areas; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2022, section 161.125, subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 161.125, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Implementation.

The commissioner of transportation shall implement
noise abatement measures within or along the perimeter of freeways and expressways deleted text begin in

116.07, subdivision 2a.
