BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SUBSIDIES FOR FEDERALLY QUALIFIED
HEALTH CENTERS.

$25,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of health to distribute as subsidies to federally
qualified health centers under Minnesota Statutes, section 145.9269.
