A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money for a pedestrian bridge in the city
of Minnetonka.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to the city of Minnetonka to design, engineer, and construct a
pedestrian bridge over marked Trunk Highway 7 approximately one-half mile west of the
interchange at Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 101. This appropriation does not require
a nonstate contribution.
