relating to economic development; appropriating money for redevelopment grants
and demolition loans.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; REDEVELOPMENT GRANTS AND DEMOLITION
LOANS.

$8,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $8,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for
redevelopment grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.575, and demolition loans
under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.5761.
