Institute.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$4,643,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $4,343,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the general fund to the board of directors of the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute.
Of the amount each year, $300,000 is to maintain the current level of service delivery.
