Treatment Plant; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1,

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision
8, is amended to read:


Subd. 8.

Austin; Wastewater Treatment Plant

For a grant to the city of Austin to design and
engineer improvements for upgrades to the
