A bill for an act
 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant for the Boys
& Girls Club of the Northland in the city of Hibbing.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE NORTHLAND;
HIBBING.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
the Boys & Girls Club of the Northland to implement after school and summer programming
at the Hibbing site. Programming will include academic success and career exploration
opportunities. This is a onetime appropriation.
