relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the Latino
Economic Development Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to
the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Latino Economic
Development Center (LEDC) to assist in providing job training, workforce development
services, and agricultural technical assistance. This is a onetime appropriation.
