relating to human services; appropriating money to the Council on Disability.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,191,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Council on
Disability for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes, section 256.482. This appropriation is in
addition to the amount appropriated for this purpose in Laws 2021, First Special Session
chapter 7, article 16, section 6. The base for this purpose is $2,980,000 in fiscal year 2024
and $2,980,000 in fiscal year 2025.
