BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$12,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $15,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to The TAP
in St. Paul to support mental health in disability communities through spoken art forms,
community supports, and community engagement. This is a onetime appropriation.
