BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.

$50,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $50,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for additional funding for mental health
outreach and support to farmers, ranchers, and others in the agricultural community, including
a 24-hour hotline, stigma reduction, and educational offerings.
