relating to natural resources; modifying a 2019 appropriation related to sites for
dredge spoil on the Minnesota River.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The Lower Minnesota River Watershed District may use up to $111,000 from money
appropriated in either fiscal year under Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 4, article
1, section 4, paragraph (j), to cover costs associated with the Seminary Fen Stabilization
Project to reduce sedimentation to Seminary Fen and the Minnesota River.
