relating to environment; declaring Minnesota to be a mining-friendly state;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 93.001.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 93.001, is amended to read:

MINERAL DEVELOPMENT.
