A bill for an act
relating to public safety; appropriating money for a projected deficiency in the
peace officer training account.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin PEACE OFFICER TRAINING ACCOUNT DEFICIENCY; TRANSFER.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2019 is transferred from the general fund to the peace officer
training account in the special revenue fund to pay for a projected deficiency in the peace
officer training account. This is a onetime transfer.
