relating to elections; appropriating money to the Secretary of State for attorney
fees awarded in Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DEFICIENCY FUNDING REQUEST FOR
SECRETARY OF STATE.

$1,290,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the Office of the
Minnesota Secretary of State for payment of attorney fees awarded by court order in
Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky. This is a onetime appropriation.
