relating to health; appropriating money for addressing mental health in disability
communities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; THE TAP.

$10,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of health to provide a grant to The TAP in St. Paul to support mental health in disability
communities through spoken art forms, community supports, and community engagement.
