coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 198.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner may establish a veterans home in Beltrami County to provide
at least 70 beds for skilled nursing care in conformance with licensing rules of the
Department of Health.
