A bill for an act
relating to alcohol; allowing White Bear Township to issue liquor licenses.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin WHITE BEAR TOWNSHIP; AUTHORITY TO ISSUE LICENSES.

Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, White Bear Township may
issue all on-sale and off-sale liquor licenses for establishments within their jurisdiction.
Licenses issued under this provision must comply with all the requirements of Minnesota
law.
