A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; providing for certain licenses to be issued without a fee;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 97A.441, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 97A.441, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

A person authorized to issue
licenses must issue, without a fee, a lifetime deer hunting license to a resident who has
been a volunteer firearms safety instructor under section 97B.015 for at least 30 years.
