BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CITY OF COON RAPIDS; TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
DISTRICTS EXTENSION.

new text begin Notwithstanding any limitations under Minnesota Statutes, section 469.176, or
any other law to the contrary, the city of Coon Rapids may extend the duration of Tax
Increment Financing District Nos. 1-4, 1-5, 1-6, 1-7, 1-8, 1-9, 1-10, 1-11, and 1-13 for
eligible activities among the districts through the period up through December 31, 2025.
