A bill for an act
 relating to housing; appropriating money to Wright County Community Action
for homeownership education, counseling, and training services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WRIGHT COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION.

new text begin $28,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $28,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of housing finance for a grant to Wright County Community
Action to provide homeownership education, counseling, and training services. These
amounts are in addition to any grants awarded by the commissioner to Wright County
Community Action in fiscal year 2020 or fiscal year 2021.
