relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a grant to Pillsbury United
Communities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin PILLSBURY UNITED COMMUNITIES; APPROPRIATION.

$4,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of labor and industry for a grant to Pillsbury United Communities to construct a facility to
be used as a school facility, whether as a contract alternative school or otherwise, to be
combined with building trades training programming.
