A bill for an act
 relating to human services; appropriating money for grants to fund regional mobile
crisis response teams throughout the state.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2020 and $....... in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the general
fund to the commissioner of human services for adult mental health grants under Minnesota
Statutes, section 245.4661, subdivision 9, paragraph (b), clause (15), to fund regional mobile
mental health crisis response teams throughout the state. The commissioner shall ensure
that all grantees receive at least the amount they received in 2017.
