BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DEFICIENCY FUNDING REQUEST FOR SOFT
BODY ARMOR REIMBURSEMENT.

$374,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for soft body armor reimbursements under Minnesota Statutes, section
299A.38. This is a onetime appropriation.
