relating to health; appropriating money for an HIV information and referral
service.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$160,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30,
2008, to the commissioner of health to fund a community-based nonprofit organization
with demonstrated capacity to operate a statewide HIV information and referral service
using telephone, Internet, and other appropriate technologies.
