relating to human services; modifying Birth to Age Eight Pilot Project; amending
Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 6, article 7, section 33, subdivisions 2,

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 6, article 7, section 33, subdivision
2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Pilot design and goals.

The pilot will establish deleted text beginfivedeleted text end key developmental milestone

developmentally assessed and tracked by a technology solution that tracks developmental

Sec. 2.

Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 6, article 7, section 33, subdivision 3, is
amended to read:


Subd. 3.

Pilot program participants
mustnew text begin opt in and provide parental or guardian consent to participate and be enrolled or engaged
in one or more of the following
