1.1A Senate resolution
1.2honoring wrestler Kelby O'Reilly.
1.3WHEREAS, wrestling demands agility, strength, timing, and stamina in addition to
1.4reservoirs of psychological discipline and resolve; and
1.5WHEREAS, Goodhue High School freshman Kelby O'Reilly competed alongside his
1.6brothers on the Goodhue wrestling team; and
1.7WHEREAS, Kelby also competed in the USA Wrestling Cliff Keen Junior/Cadet National
1.8tournament, an event he participated in with his brothers, Bailee and Kaleb; and
1.9NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.10recognizes Kelby O'Reilly for his pursuit of athletic excellence.
1.11BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an
1.12enrolled copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the
1.13Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Kelby O'Reilly.
