1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Samuel Roger Storm of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, for earning
1.3the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.5and
1.6WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.7that is worthy of recognition; and
1.8WHEREAS, Samuel Roger Storm is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 907
1.9and has displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.10WHEREAS, Samuel has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills, has completed a
1.11community service project, which involved designing, building, and installing a percussion storage
1.12rack for the Park High School band room, and has fulfilled all other requirements necessary to
1.13attain the rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.14WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held on February 21, 2020; and
1.15NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.16congratulates Samuel Roger Storm of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, for attaining the rank of Eagle
1.17Scout.
1.18BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.19copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.20Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Samuel Roger Storm.
