1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Benjamin Perry Storm of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, for earning the
1.3rank of Eagle Scout.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.5and
1.6WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.7that is worthy of recognition; and
1.8WHEREAS, Benjamin Perry Storm is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 907
1.9and has displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.10WHEREAS, Benjamin has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills and has completed
1.11a community service project, which involved designing, building, and installing soundproofing
1.12panels for the Park High School Band Room, and fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain
1.13the rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.14WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held on February 21, 2020; and
1.15NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.16congratulates Benjamin Perry Storm of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, for attaining the rank of Eagle
1.17Scout.
1.18BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.19copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.20Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Benjamin Perry Storm.
