1.1A Senate resolution
1.2relating to the attendance of members of standing committees at meetings and
1.3seminars; providing for the payment of expenses.
1.4BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate of the State of Minnesota:
1.5For the 2014 session of the 88th Legislature, members of a standing committee or
1.6subcommittee of the Senate, and employees thereof, upon approval of the Committee on Rules
1.7and Administration or its chair, may be reimbursed as provided in this resolution for attendance at
1.8meetings and seminars held, including, but not limited to, meetings of the National Conference of
1.9State Legislatures and the Council of State Governments and their committees, on subjects within
1.10the jurisdiction of the standing committee or subcommittee.
1.11Expenses incurred in attending these meetings and seminars must be paid by the Secretary
1.12of the Senate with warrants drawn on the Senate legislative expense fund.
