1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Justin Andrew Cilley for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.4and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Justin Andrew Cilley is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 9212
1.8and has displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, Justin Andrew Cilley has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills and has
1.10completed a community service project, which involved building a gaga ball pit at Willow Lane
1.11Elementary School in White Bear Lake, and fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain the
1.12rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.13WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.14NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.15congratulates Justin Andrew Cilley for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Justin Andrew Cilley.
