1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Max Grier for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.4and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Max Grier is a member of the Boy Scouts of America and has displayed the
1.8attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, Max Grier has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills and has completed
1.10a community service project, which involved repairing the picnic tables at the Disabled Veterans
1.11Camp, and has fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain the rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.13NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.14congratulates Max Grier for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.15BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.16copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.17Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Max Grier.
