A bill for an act
 relating to health; appropriating funds for the statewide health improvement
program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. STATEWIDE HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.

$23,500,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $23,500,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of health for the statewide health improvement
program, under Minnesota Statutes, section 145.986. This appropriation is added to the
base.
