BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for the
greater Minnesota business development public infrastructure grant program under Minnesota
Statutes, section 116J.431.
