A bill for an act
relating to telecommunications; prohibiting blocking or altering caller ID in making
a commercial telephone solicitation; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section
325E.30.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 325E.30, is amended to read:

commercial telephone solicitation before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.
