BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin EAST METRO RAIL CORRIDOR; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation
for a grant to the Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority for environmental analysis
and design of capital improvements associated with grade separation of Union Pacific and
BNSF track between Westminster Junction and Division Street/Hoffman Interlocking.
