amount to the court administrator of the
Fourth Judicial District for distribution
according to Minnesota Statutes 2004,
section 488A.03, subdivision 9. This
appropriation replaces funding lost in fiscal
year 2007 due to the inadvertent repeal
of Minnesota Statutes, section 488A.03,
subdivision 9, in Laws 2006, chapter 260,
article 5, section 54. This is a onetime
appropriation.

Sec. 12.

new text begin [473.915] PROCUREMENTS.

new text begin All proposed Metropolitan Council procurements over $125,000,000 must be
reviewed by the members of the Legislative Advisory Commission under section 3.30
and the ranking minority members of the house of representatives and senate committees
or divisions responsible for overseeing the items subject to the proposed procurement.
The chair of the Metropolitan Council shall give notice to the Legislative Advisory
Commission secretary when a procurement over $125,000,000 is being considered. The
commission shall take testimony on the procurements.
