 relating to data practices; delaying expiration of the legislative commission on
data practices; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section
3.8843, subdivision 7.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 3.8843, subdivision 7, is amended to read:


Subd. 7.

Expiration.

This section expires June 30, deleted text begin 2019deleted text end new text begin 2026new text end .

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION ON DATA PRACTICES
AND PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY.
