A bill for an act
 relating to taxation; tobacco; repealing the annual indexing requirement for
cigarettes; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 297F.05, subdivision 1a.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 297F.05, subdivision 1a, is repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective July 1, 2015.
