A bill for an act
 relating to highways; establishing a pilot program to authorize use of a
design-build contracting process for certain highway construction projects.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

the pilot program under Laws 2009, chapter 36, section 29, for the reconstruction of the
intersection at marked Trunk Highway 10 and Anoka County State-Aid Highway 83.
