BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; JAMES METZEN MIGHTY DUCKS GRANT
PROGRAM.

$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Amateur Sports Commission for grants to local units of government under Minnesota
Statutes, section 240A.09, paragraph (b), to improve indoor air quality or eliminate R-22.
This is a onetime appropriation.
