relating to capital investment; appropriating planning money for water infrastructure
replacement in St. Augusta.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$200,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public Facilities
Authority for a grant to the city of St. Augusta for planning activities necessary to evaluate
development of a new municipal water system, including a new water treatment facility,
water tower, wells, and related infrastructure. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
until June 30, 2025.
