BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $187,000 in fiscal year 2008 and
$187,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Housing Finance Agency for the urban Indian housing program under Minnesota
Statutes, section 462A.07, subdivision 15.

new text begin $1,683,000 in fiscal year 2008 and
$1,683,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Housing Finance Agency for the tribal Indian housing program under Minnesota
Statutes, section 462A.07, subdivision 14.
