relating to the military; appropriating money for a grant to Operation Happy Note.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$20,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2010 from the general fund to the adjutant
general for a grant to Operation Happy Note to be used for their program of sending
musical instruments to active duty military personnel who request them. The appropriation
must be matched by nonstate dollars.
