relating to state park and recreation area operations;
appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $19,279,000 the first year and $19,279,000 the second year
from the general fund, and $13,336,000 the first year and
$13,424,000 the second year from the natural resources fund, are
appropriated to the commissioner of natural resources for the
fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2007, for state park and
recreation area operations.
