A bill for an act
 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to the
African Development Center for job training.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION; AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER.

$500,000 is appropriated for the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, from the workforce
development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a
grant to the African Development Center for job and entrepreneur training and financial
literacy programs in Minneapolis, St. Cloud, Willmar, Mankato, and Rochester.
